More than 4,500 attendees, 6 stages, 1,000 screens, and a team that made it all possible
Organizing an event for over 4,500 people doesn’t happen every day.
And when it’s an international medical congress, with hundreds of sessions, high technical demands, and attendees from all over the world… you know it’s going to be a major challenge.
That’s exactly what we experienced in Málaga, as the official organizers of the European Congress on Obesity (ECO 2025). And yes, it was just as intense, exciting, and rewarding as it sounds.
The numbers still leave us speechless
To give you a sense of the scale, here’s what we pulled off:
6 stages operating simultaneously
100 microphones in action
Over 100 AV technicians
750 coordinated presentations
850 lights illuminating ideas and discoveries
Over 1,000 LED screen modules installed
4,500 customized meals, accommodating all allergies and intolerances
And most importantly: more than 4,500 attendees treated as they deserve
What exactly did we do?
Everything.
We handled the technical production, stage setup, space coordination, logistics, catering, live support—everything behind the scenes that makes an event run like clockwork.
